THE WEST OF ENGLAND CAPTAINS’ INTER COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP
On Thursday 29th March, 2018 one hundred and forty four golf club Captains and Past Captains arrived at Saunton to represent their respective counties in the annual championship event.
Teams of twenty four players from Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire are divided into six pairs on each of Saunton’s East and West courses for a betterball stableford competition with all cards added for the County score.
